Our weekly payday is Friday. HardHat takes great pride in paying our employees a competitive wage for the work they complete. For your convenience, we offer our employees the option to be paid by direct deposit or pay card.
Unfortunately, not all jobs are the right fit, and in most cases, you will not know that until you try the position. If you are on a job and find it is not going to work for you, please call us immediately! We may ask that you stay on the job until we can find a replacement, but we will do our best to get you on a more suitable job as soon as possible.
HardHat maintains a database of available jobs, but due to the swiftly-changing needs of some jobsites, we recommend that you also call our office to check on immediate availability.
Safety is our #1 priority. We invest countless resources in order to make sure you remain a safe employee. HardHat provides safety training to all employees and offers opportunities to become OSHA 10 certified. We also supply all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) that you may need while on assignment. We have an open-door policy when it comes to safety. If you ever feel unsafe, we want to hear about it immediately!

Your pay stubs are available 24/7 for you to view and print in our Employee Online Portal. You will need your User Name and Password which should have been sent to you from your local office. If you do not have this information, contact your local office and have it sent to you.
Once you login, look for your Pay History and that is where you will find all of your pay stubs.
Your W2 is available for you to view and print in our Employee Online Portal. You will need your User Name and Password which should have been sent to you from your local office. If you do not have this information, contact your local office and have it sent to you.
Once you login, you will have to agree to receive your W2 online so click on Manage W-2s. Then click on Change W-2 Options and select "Click here to receive your W-2's electronically" You will receive notification when your W2 is available.
